Ingredients
  

  • 400 g ziti pasta
  • 3 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190C (375F).
  • Cook pasta until al dente.
  • Blend cashews, yeast, garlic, and water to make cheese sauce.
  • Layer pasta, tomato sauce, and cashew cheese in baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
