A timeless dessert made vegan. Soft, spiced apples topped with a crunchy oat crumble. Perfect with vegan ice cream or custard.

Crumble Topping

plain flour

cup
rolled oats
1/2
cup
vegan butter

brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon, place in baking dish.
Mix crumble topping ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping over apples and bake for 40 minutes.
Notes
Delicious with vegan vanilla ice cream.
