Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Stir all ingredients until a dough forms. Chill 10 minutes if sticky.
  • Roll into 16 balls. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months.
