Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend oats and water for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  • Strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve.
  • Stir in vanilla and salt if desired.
  • Refrigerate for up to 4 days and shake before use.
