Crispy Baked Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients

extra-firm tofu, pressed

cup
plain flour
1
cup
plant milk
1
cup
panko breadcrumbs
1
tsp
paprika
1
tsp
garlic powder
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Coat tofu in flour, then dip in milk, then breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
Place on lined tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
Notes
Serve with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or vegan ranch.
