Crispy Baked Tofu Nuggets

Golden, crunchy, and packed with flavour, these vegan tofu nuggets are baked to perfection. Great for kids, parties, or as a healthy alternative to fast food.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g extra-firm tofu, pressed
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
  • Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  • Coat tofu in flour, then dip in milk, then breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
  • Place on lined tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.

Notes

Serve with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or vegan ranch.
