This creamy spinach and artichoke dip is a plant-based twist on a classic appetiser. Perfectly garlicky, rich, and great for parties or a cosy snack with bread or crackers.

plant milk

nutritional yeast

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh spinach, chopped

artichoke hearts, chopped
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Blend cashews, plant milk, nutritional yeast, and garlic until smooth.
Stir in spinach and artichokes.
Transfer to baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with bread, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.
