Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Veggies

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  • Blend cashews, plant milk, nutritional yeast, and garlic until smooth.
  • Stir in spinach and artichokes.
  • Transfer to baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot with bread, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.
