- 1/2 cup aquafaba (liquid from canned chickpeas)
- 150 g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip aquafaba with sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in melted chocolate and vanilla.
Spoon into cups and chill for 1 hour before serving.
