Aquafaba Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup aquafaba (liquid from canned chickpeas)
  • 150 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whip aquafaba with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in melted chocolate and vanilla.
  • Spoon into cups and chill for 1 hour before serving.
