Air-Fryer Cauliflower Wings (Sweet-Heat House Sauce)
Crispy, golden cauliflower wings made in the air fryer then tossed in our house sweet-heat sauce (1/3 ketchup, 1/3 sriracha, 1/3 sweet chilli). Pub-style, plant-based perfection.

1 large cauliflower, cut into medium florets 1 l boiling water (for blanching) 1 cup plain flour 1 cup unsweetened plant milk 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika Salt & pepper, to taste 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs 2 tbsp rapeseed oil (optional spray) 1/3 cup ketchup 1/3 cup sriracha 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional garnish) 2 tbsp spring onions, finely sliced (garnish)
Blanch florets in boiling water 2 minutes; drain and pat dry.
Whisk flour, plant milk, cornflour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper into a smooth batter.
Dip florets in flour (light dusting), then batter, then panko to coat.
Air fry at 200°C for 14–18 minutes, turning halfway; lightly oil-spray for extra crunch.
Stir ketchup, sriracha, and sweet chilli to make sauce; toss hot wings to coat. Garnish with sesame and spring onions.
